FREQUENTLY  ASKED  BOX-OFFICE  QUESTIONS
Q

IF A PERFORMANCE IS SOLD OUT, CAN I GET ON A WAITING LIST?

A

Sure you can!  We take all the information and read it back to be sure of your request.  You
may choose one performance date for waiting.

Q WHEN WILL I KNOW IF I HAVE TICKETS?
A When someone calls to cancel, we call the first name on the list to confirm reservations.  As other
cancellations come in, we move down the list.

Q IF I CALL IN AND I AM PUT ON A WAITING LIST AND COME TO THE THEATRE, AM I
 PUT ON THE STANDBY LIST
?
A

No, you are not.  The waiting list ends at 6:00/1:00 pm the day of the show.  Because many
patrons will not come down to wait, we start a NEW standby list 30 minutes before the show.

Q

I’M COMING EARLY.  MAY I SAVE SEATS FOR MY FRIENDS?

A We discourage it because we think it’s unfair to those who came on time to get preferred seats.

Please be considerate to others who arrive early!

Q I MISSED MY SCHEDULED PERFORMANCE AND DIDN’T CALL.  WILL YOU RESCHEDULE
 ME?
A Sorry, we will not be able to reschedule you.

Q

I ARRIVE AFTER THE SHOW HAS STARTED.  WHY CAN’T I BE SEATED?

A Once the production begins, it is very distracting for someone to enter our main door (which
is an entrance to the stage during the performance).  Also, when we have a standby list there are
 no empty seats.
Just remember, once the show begins, NO ONE will be seated.

Q HELP!  I LOST MY SEASON TICKET! WHAT DO I DO?
A Just call us as soon as you discover the loss and ’ll gladly reissue your tickets!

Q I ARRIVE AT THE THEATRE AND CAN’T FIND MY TICKETS! NOW WHAT?
A

We ask for some ID and admit you.  If you don’t find them later, see the previous question.

Q

I’M ON PLAN B. I CALL THE LAST WEEK OF A PRODUCTION AND CAN’T GET THE
 NIGHT I WANT, OR
HAVE TO BE PUT ON A WAITING LIST.  I’M
A SEASON TICKET
HOLDER, WHY ISN'T THERE A SEAT?

A

The box-office opens the week before the production and season ticket patrons have TWO days
to call in and  change or check on reservations before the general public calls in.
  If you are on
Plan B it is MOST important you call in the two days for season patrons!!!
  If you wait until the
last week, you let THREE WEEKS go by before calling.  Therefore, it could be most difficult to
 get a reservation.
However, as a season patron, you would be at the top of the waiting list
 should any cancellations come in.
We DO try to take care of you should you forget to call us.
